The most important aspect of a total fitness program is of course the workout that you give to your heart. Keeping your heart rate at workout levels makes your fitness program that much more effective.
Our cardiovascular training room is equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers, and recumbent bikes. These machines are equipped to track your performance and monitor your progress throughout your workout.
In addition, many have built-in 15" LCD television monitors so you can watch television, or bring your favorite DVD, or CD to entertain you while you work out.
Our staff is always nearby to answer any questions you might have about your workout.
