Our group fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels to provide members with motivation and a commitment to stay focused on their personal workout goals. Classes are taught by professionally certified instructors. All instructors are CPR certified. All instructors have many years of fitness instruction experience.

We offer fat burning cardio classes, muscle building, strength and strong core classes. All designed for maximum results.

Our kickboxing classes are very popular at the club. Learn real kickbox and karate techniques all while burning 800+ calories in an hour. The classes are challenging and motivating. All of our instructors hold a black belt degree.

The Gym membership also includes a 45-minute fitness assessment to help you determine your current fitness level and short and long-term goals. Tests include: flexibility, aerobic capacity.

A one-hour, one-on-one personal training session with a member of our staff can either put a spark in your regular routine or help you create a new and exciting workout for optimum results.
